Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
Minimally invasive surgery (MIS) is increasingly adopted for hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) procedures; however, expenditure data beyond the index hospitalization remain limited, and the patient out-of-pocket (OOP) burden remains unclear. We compared 1-year healthcare expenditures, OOP spending, utilization, and missed workdays after open versus minimally invasive HPB surgery.
