Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A functionally decoupled forecasting-correction-refinement framework handles sudden power changes in DSSE. • Fixed micro-PMUs enable rapid covariance-informed correction of unmeasured states. • LLSE feedback preserves inter-state correlations and stabilizes recursive updating. • WLS uses remaining heterogeneous measurements for final current-slot refinement. • Mean voltage-magnitude and phase-angle RMSEs drop by 83.8% and 59.4% versus RLS-WLS.
