Abstract

• Data-driven models of heat source and primary network are established. • Data-driven model-based operational optimization approach of primary loop is built. • Heating temperature and flow rate of primary loop are optimized. • Total operating cost after optimization reduces from 302 to 255 million CNY. • The optimized primary loop exhibits better temperature uniformity.
