Abstract

• The adaptive transimpedance amplifier array is used for absolute signal processing, achieving a full-channel duty cycle within the range of 48.5% - 52.1% under different conditions. • The adaptive reference level generation technology based on photodiodes has strong environmental adaptability. • The sensing chip features high integration and occupies a compact area of only 6 mm 6 mm after packaging. Its overall performance is excellent, providing a reliable solution for reflective optical angular position sensor systems.
