Optimal dynamical decoupling of a quantum-dot qubit from a phonon bath

Abstract

• We consider a quantum-dot qubit coupled to a phonon bath with cubic spectral density function and Gaussian cutoff. • For this spectral density we optimize the timings of pulses in a dynamical decoupling sequence. • The optimized sequence outperforms universal Uhrig dynamical decoupling.
