Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Optimal intervention (OI) policies are established for multi-stage robust models. • The OI policies depend on the uncertainty set parameterization and observation cost. • Heuristic approaches are presented to solve the robust models with OI, efficiently. • Robust models with OI outperform models with naive interventions in most cases. • In the worst-case, OI robust models remain acceptable, unlike deterministic models.
