• Introduce interval-valued dominance conditional entropy (IvDCE), a novel measure preserving monotonicity w.r.t. scale combinations in generalized multi-scale interval-valued ordered decision systems (GMIvODSs). • Establish an incremental mechanism for updating optimal scale combinations (OSCs) in dynamic GMIvODSs with new samples. • Design a novel directed search algorithm for efficient OSC discovery, leveraging the invariance property of IvDCE in dynamic environments.
