Abstract
En 中文
• NFirst application of PRCLT to characterise tool–chip friction in Udimet 720 Li with HSS tools. • Optimised PRCLT design achieves reliable measurements near the cutting edge. • High-resolution mapping of local normal and friction stresses along the tool rake face. • Zorev’s sticking-sliding friction model experimentally confirmed. • Sliding friction coefficient of 1.3–1.4; sticking stress limited by shear flow stress.
