• Fabrication of novel polyimide-based membrane for membrane distillation. • Detailed performance evaluation and predictive modeling of optimized 6FDA-TMPD polyimide membrane. • Performance evaluation utilizing both high-saline synthetic water and real seawater as feed. • Use of ML algorithms, particularly BT and ANFIS, to predict flux and GOR for optimizing polyimide-based membrane design.
