• This paper presents the MCOCF algorithm based on MCC and OCF, enhancing the robustness and adaptability of the filter in complex noise environments. • The effectiveness and superiority of the MCOCF algorithm are validated through multiple numerical experiments. Experimental results show that MCOCF significantly outperforms traditional methods in handling impulse noise and nonlinear systems when compared with existing filtering algorithms.
