Optimized Electrocoagulation vs. Cathodic Reduction for Nitrate Contamination
DOI:10.1016/j.jics.2025.102366.png)
Abstract
En 中文
• Electrocoagulation (EC) significantly outperformed cathodic reduction. • Response Surface Methodology optimized EC, achieving 99.8% nitrate removal. • Optimal performance was attained within the natural groundwater pH range (6.5–7). • EC achieved high removal at a specific energy consumption of 924 kWh/kg NO3-.
