Abstract

• FeSiB powders annealed at 250–450 °C. Annealing at 250 °C relieves stress and retains amorphous structure. • RLmin of −46.5 dB at 1.5 mm with EAB of 6.08 GHz in 2–18 GHz. • Magnetic (natural resonance) and dielectric (dipolar/interfacial) losses give impedance matching (|Zin/Z0| ≈ 1). • Simple annealing strategy achieves high performance without complex composites.
