Abstract

ECDSA (Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm) has attracted significant interest recently due to its wide range of applications, especially in connection with the increasing acceptance of blockchain technology. Several proposals have been put forward to increase ECDSA's effectiveness. The algorithm's parameter optimization is one of them. In order to produce a matching set of parameters, our paper suggests replacing the algorithm's parameter p with a safe prime number. Furthermore, the study demonstrates the effectiveness and practical value of the improved integration by implementing it experimentally using the EJBCA toolkit.
