Abstract

• 12000 lx markedly boosted growth and elevated pepsin and cellulase activities. • Under 0 lx light intensities, the MDA content and ACP activity was significantly reduced at 60 days. • 12000 lx triggered oxidative stress, raising MDA and upregulating HSP27, HSP90 and GSTP1. • LYZ expression remained high in the 0 lx group at day 30 and 60, while IL-17-3 peaked at 12000 lx on day 30.
