Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Laser-made micro-pin fins enhanced pool boiling heat transfer on brass surfaces. • Hexagonal pin fins delivered the best thermal performance among all tested surfaces. • Fully finned channels outperformed partially finned channels for all pin-fin geometries. • Abbott-Firestone analysis showed a 570% rise in Rvk after laser texturing. • Laser texturing raised Ra from 0.122 to 1.48975 μm and Rt from 1.821 to 11.641 μm.
