• Uranium–sulfide co-mineralization occurred by multiple hydrothermal pulses, sericitization, and illitization. • Three distinct pyrite generations indicate episodic fluid influx, redox fluctuations, and post-ore remobilization. • Pyrite-mediated reduction of U6+ to U4+ led to uraninite formation and subsequent coffinite alteration. • Mineralization is structurally controlled by late brittle fault–fracture systems. • Post-magmatic tectono-hydrothermal reactivation of basement granitoids was responsible for ore formation.
