Abstract

• Output-based reconstructibility is proposed for BCNs, and an algorithm is designed to find all reconstructible control sequences for any initial outputs. • A method of set-set synchronous reachability is developed to reduce the complexity of calculating reconstructible control sequences. • The existence condition of common control sequence is provided to ensure that the BCNs are set-to-set reachability. • An output feedback controller and its existence condition are developed to uniquely estimate the state of BCNs.
