• A rapid and simple OVs-CCW nanozyme synthesis was proposed. • OVs-CCW nanozyme has intrinsic AAO-like and POD-like activities. • ALP-AAO-POD triple-enzymatic cascade was constructed formed for ultrasensitive ALP detection. • Highly expressed E. coli ALP can trigger cascade reaction in OVs-CCW/AAP system. • OVs-CCW/AAP/ALP system self-supplies highly cytotoxic •OH radicals and effectively kill bacteria.
