Abstract

• We propose a new a new five-way decision (FWD) architecture. • FWD methodology has four levels of evaluation based on rough sets and Fermatean fuzzy sets. • The new method adds two more choice areas to the usual three-way decision framework. • The proposed methodology has implemented to select best transportation strategy for urban mobility networks. • Validation tests showed accuracy and reliability of the results.
