• AlN/DIW-MEG nanofluid significantly enhanced thermohydraulic performance of rectangular microchannel heat sinks. • The CH_A6 geometry with an aspect ratio of 6, achieved the best thermohydraulic performance with a maximum THPP of 1.36. • Pareto Based Multi-objective optimization identified 23 non-dominated solutions and six superior operating conditions. • A new Nusselt correlation achieved excellent prediction accuracy with an R2 of 0.9373.
