• PCL-grafted HyPR was synthesized to construct slide-ring SPE networks. • SPEs with short- and long-chain crosslinkers exhibited distinct structural features and performance. • SPE with long-chain PEG crosslinker achieved 1.5×10-4 S/cm at 60 °C. • SPE Performance is governed by the interplay of crystallinity, cross-linking and matrix structure.
