Abstract
En 中文
A novel C-H activation strategy has been developed using a catalytic amount of palladium(II) catalyst for the synthesis of spirosuccinimide derivatives. It is a direct method to enable structurally diverse class of spirocycles. This direct approach enables access to a structurally diverse class of spirocyclic frameworks. The transformation affords the desired spirosuccinimide products in moderate to excellent yields.
