Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• AN were prepared via self-assembly induced by supramolecular interactions. • PTG-based active packaging films were prepared by the addition of AN. • The addition of AN enhanced the mechanical and barrier properties of PTG films. • The addition of AN increased the antioxidant and antibacterial properties of films. • PTG films with AN effectively extended the shelf life of strawberries.
