Abstract
En 中文
• Per2 deficiency exacerbates psoriasiform dermatitis with a nocturnal peak at ZT14. • Loss of Per2 boosts IL-17A/F production by Th17 and γδT cells independently of IL-23. • Per2 functions as a diurnal “molecular gate” for the cutaneous IL-17 effector axis. • Elevated NFIL3 and RORγt drive IL-17 surges, marking NFIL3 as a chronotherapeutic target.
