Abstract
En 中文
• Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is highly prevalent in heart failure (HF). • The accuracy of commonly used questionnaires in hospitalized HF patients is unestablished. • The Questionnaires had poor predictive value compared to the standard inpatient sleep testing. • Demographic and comorbidity-based screening was equivalent to questionnaire-based screening. • Commonly used questionnaires should be used to exclude OSA in patients with HF.
