• A multifunctional nanozyme hydrogel (GAPCP) is developed for infected bone repair. • NIR-II photothermal therapy achieves rapid and effective bacterial biofilm disruption. • The system alleviates oxidative stress and promotes macrophage M2 polarization. • pH-responsive ion release enables spatiotemporally controlled osteogenic differentiation. • This strategy integrates antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and osteogenic functions.
