Aiming at the saturation phase error caused by local specular reflection of objects in fringe projection three-dimensional measurement and the nonlinear error induced by the gamma effects of the projector and camera, this paper proposes a phase error correction method combining bilinear interpolation and Hilbert transform. This approach adaptively detects reflective regions through brightness threshold segmentation, repairs saturated areas using bilinear interpolation, and enhances the phase calculation accuracy of fringe images with Hilbert transform. Experiments demonstrate that this method can correct both saturation and nonlinear errors without the need for additional projected fringe patterns, thereby improving measurement accuracy and efficiency.
