Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• PCCT is a transformative technology with substantial advancements over conventional CT, resulting in superior spatial resolution, improved image quality, and higher diagnostic accuracy. • Available data suggest that PCCT enhances coronary lumen evaluation, plaque characterization, and myocardial tissue assessment, with reduced need for downstream testing. • Further optimization and standardization of protocols as well as scientific validation will support the optimal integration of PCCT into current diagnostic algorithms.
