• A photosynthetic Chlorella-violet phosphorus biohybrid (Chl@VP) is constructed. • Chl@VP relieves tumor hypoxia via sustained photosynthetic O₂ supply. • VP-derived phosphate and ROS synergistically disrupt glycolytic tumor metabolism. • Chl@VP plus laser induces ICD and remodels the immunosuppressive TME. • This biohybrid integrates O₂ self-supply, metabolic intervention, and photo-immunotherapy.
