Abstract

• Contact-type OMI inserted into the manufacturing process captures part deformation. • OMI points originate from cutting paths to ensure probe accessibility in cavities. • PINN fuses CAD and sparse OMI data to reconstruct segment-wise deformation fields. • Differentiable PINN loss combines stiffness, data fidelity, and boundary condition. • Synthesized deformation field outperforms the optical methods for deep cavities.
