Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Plasma microRNA alter with increasing cognitive decline in Parkinson’s disease • Overall direction of change in plasma moves towards downregulation • A notable exception was miR-192-5p which was consistently upregulated • microRNA identified are largely distinct from those related to Alzheimer’s disease • miR-151-3p and miR-192-5p provide the best predictive model for cognitive decline.
