This paper examines contemporary frameworks of political orientation through the concept of "position." Drawing on Reinhart Koselleck's conceptual history, it shows how this notion emerged in modernity as the crystallization of theoretical differences within an ideological field. On this basis, it analyzes current transformations of these frameworks in the context of the Anthropocene. First, it examines the proposal ofBruno Latour, who redefines political coordinates in terms of the Moderns and the Terrestrials. Second, it examines how accelerationism divides opinion between the folk left and the accelerationist left. Building on these coordinates, the paper analyzes the shifts proposed by Deborah Danowski and Eduardo Viveiros de Castro, as well as by McKenzie Wark and Hilan Bensusan. It argues that these shifts constitute a plural map of positions, indispensable for rethinking politics in the face of climate change and technological disruption.
