With quantum computers likely to become a reality, applications that rely on classical cryptographic schemes will become vulnerable to attacks. Classical cryptographic schemes such as RSA and ECDSA, which form the backbone of enterprise application security, will be exposed to threats and need to be replaced with Post-Quantum Cryptographic (PQC) schemes, such as Kyber and Dilithium. Several libraries offer implementations of different PQC schemes, but vary in computational overhead, and other supporting features. These factors make selecting the appropriate PQC schemes and libraries a complex decision-making problem. In this work, we propose a comprehensive solution methodology to assist enterprises in selecting the best PQC schemes and libraries by comparing multiple schemes from different categories across several libraries, considering multiple performance criteria.
