• This article conducted a series of comparative experiments and ablation experiments on the Marmousi2 model and field data, respectively. • This study proposes a novel Seismic Impedance Inversion Network, termed SC-MSM, which integrates the Mamba block and masked auto encoder (MAE) to effectively capture both global and local features for seismic impedance inversion.
