Abstract
En 中文
• Centripetal progression of ophthalmoscopic changes with preserved cone-rich central retina • Early reduction of ONL thickness along the inferior retina • Reduced scotopic ffERG a-wave in PRCD-affected dogs • Retinitis pigmentosa in PRCD-affected patients can show preserved central retina and constricted visual fields despite widespread peripheral degeneration. • PRCD is expressed in both rods and cones of the canine retina and is absent in dogs with the homozygous C2Y missense mutation.
