Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is an established target for molecular imaging of the tumor stroma. In this study, we report the development and preclinical evaluation of a novel FAP-targeted positron emission tomography (PET) tracer, [68Ga]Ga-CB6NT-FAPI.
