Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Only 14% of patients reported receiving preconception counselling while their knowledge was low. • 56% of patients said spondyloarthritis influenced their pregnancy plans; 64% pregnancy and 81% post-partum. • Half of the patients were unsure about drug safety, while guideline awareness from rheumatologists was low (25.6%). • Strong patient demand for rheumatologist guidance contrasts with limited delivery. • 91% of rheumatologists supported a flyer; few currently provide written info.
