Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• JAD reduces embryo loss, modulates uterine hemodynamics and angiogenesis, with suppressed HIF‑1α and elevated VEGFA/p‑VEGFR2. • JAD boosts endometrial receptivity alongside higher pinopode density and receptivity marker levels. • Core constituents of JAD such as paeoniflorin and glycyrrhizic acid stably bind FLT1 and VWF. • JAD and its representative components exert pro-angiogenic and hemostatic effects in zebrafish without toxicity.
