• Develops a reactive interfacial strategy to immobilize liquid metal droplets through coordination and in-situ polymerization. • Constructs a hierarchical dual-network metalgel that enables continuous conductive pathways and mechanical flexibility. • Achieves high-performance EMI shielding (65.94 dB at 325 μm) with stable conductivity after 500 bending cycles.
