Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• PDB toxicity adversely affected both biochemical and molecular endpoints in D. magna • Oxidative stress-related genes were downregulated but miR153 level was upregulated • PDB exposure altered the antioxidant system parameters, indicating oxidative stress • Ca2+-ATPase activity demonstrated an adaptive response as an osmoregulatory biomarker • IBR data revealed biological impact of PDB toxicity at all tested concentrations
