Abstract
En 中文
• An RF-responsive PIV·CA nanogel is developed for thermo-boosting TAVDE against HCC. • PIV·CA exhibits RF-responsive heating, pulsatile CA4P release and thermosensitive gelation for TAVDE-RFA synergy. • RF field shockingly amplifies PIV·CA cytotoxicity by ~22-fold via enhanced tubulin interaction and G2/M phase arrest. • RF boosts mitochondrial damage, ROS generation and ICD, evoking antitumor immunity and suppressing metastasis. • RF-energized CA4P disrupts tumor vasculature, improves intratumoral penetration, suppresses tumor growth.
