Abstract
En 中文
• An asymmetric small molecular photothermal agent (QIPV-4F) was developed by incorporating vinylene bridge into its symmetric analogue QIP-4F. • QIPV-4F with a boosted dipole moment, enlarged intermolecular spacing and higher reorganization energy exhibited a PCE of 57%, 1.6-fold better than QIP-4F. • QIPV-4F NPs demonstrated excellent photothermal therapeutic effects in vivo and in vitro experiments.
