• Precipitation dominated SPW recharge from June to September, contributing 52%–66%. • Ground ice contribution peaked in July, exceeding 50% at some high elevation sites. • Glacier and snow meltwater contribution reached about 36% at high elevations. • SPW source composition showed clear seasonal shifts and elevation dependent patterns.
