• The covalent adaptable network was constructed to endow reconfigurable polyurea with a triple-shape memory effect. • In shape recovery process, the recovery force is up to 6 N, which can pull a load 1095 times its weight forward by 30 mm. • The application of protective covert and temperature-responsive resistance as a timing circuit is demonstrated.
