● Recycled aramid film TENG enables self-powered cryptographic seed generation. ● Stochastic ESD pulses reach 82 V and 170 mA with a high crest factor of 50. ● RAF from aramid waste shows 8.03 GPa modulus and 118 MPa tensile strength. ● AES-256-CTR expands seeds into 1-Mbit keystream passing all NIST SP 800–22 tests. ● Image/video encryption reached NPCR of 99.6% and UACI of 33.44%.
