Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• A microstructure composed of PS and PMMA was proposed to reduce the angular dependence of OSCs’ efficiency on incident light. • This microstructure significantly suppressed the device's angle dependency, maintaining 94.1% of its initial efficiency even at a 45° light incidence. • This microstructure was integrated on the back side of the device without altering the device structure. • This microstructure is cost-effective to fabricate and suitable for large-area production.
