• A multidimensional refined nursing protocol—integrating psychological preparation, dynamic pain monitoring, and structured wound care—significantly reduced procedural pain and shortened treatment intervals. • Completing ≥3 PDT sessions was the sole independent predictor of lesion clearance, with refined nursing enabling 93.3% of patients to reach this threshold. • Refined nursing significantly improved HPV clearance (86.7% vs. 64.0%) and patient satisfaction (96.7% vs. 64.0%), supporting its integration into routine PDT clinical practice.
