Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
• Seven Mo–Nb–Ta-based RHEAs alloyed with Cr, V, Zr, Hf, Ti, and RE elements were synthesized by centrifugal casting–SHS. • Phase constitution of ingots depends on alloying; Group V-VI yields near single-phase bcc solutions. • MoNbTa–Cr–V and MoNbTa–Cr–Ti alloys show the highest oxidation resistance at 1000°C. • Centrifugal casting–SHS promotes rutile-type CrNbO4/CrTaO4 scaleswith oxidation resistance near Ni superalloys.
