1. The study uses a GCM ensemble and the SWAT model to assess climate change impacts on streamflow in the Bina River Basin for RCP scenarios 4.5 and 8.5. 2. Monsoon rainfall could increase by 15–22%, leading to a rise in flood frequency and peak flows by up to 45%. 3. Pre-monsoon warming, which ranges from 2.8 to 4.1°C, could reduce summer baseflow by 20 to 35%, thereby intensifying drought conditions. 4. Findings highlight the urgent need for resilient water management and climate-adaptive agriculture, as high-emission pathways risk irreversible ecological damage.
