Abstract

Abstract

En 中文
The molecular zoo contains only DNA sequences of animals and DNA code that make up the genetic recipe for each species. Mutations in DNA switches that control body-shaping genes, rather than in the genes themselves, have been a significant source of evolving differences among animals. The genetic switches are those which turn gene on or off at the right time.
